    Family Camp

     

    Who: For families with elementary aged children and younger

    Where: Orange Beach, AL

    When: April 5-9, 2010

    Cost:

    • Room - Varies (see below)
    • Dinner - $24/person (includes dinner for 3 nights. 4th dinner is out-to-eat and on your own)
    • Breakfast/Lunch - on your own
    • Travel - on your own

    The following twelve reservations are on hold for Cedarcrest families at Seaside Beach Racquet for April 5-9. When looking at the room numbers, the first number indicates the building and the second number indicates the floor height. The prices quoted include all surcharges and tax, everything except optional trip insurance. Trip insurance is 6.5% of the total, should you want to figure that, and can be added (or not) at any time. We have also included the deposit amounts. Although I have done my best to be accurate I sometimes make errors. Errors can not be honored. Rooms are on a first come, first serve basis so sign up quick. Rooms will be on hold until Feb. 9th. After that, we can just hope there will be rooms available. These rooms are gulf view and not gulf front. If you would like a gulf front room there are some available and would add about $200 - $300 to your costs.

    Two families of 4 could potentially stay in 1 – 3 bedroom condo so you might want to consider going with your best friends and cutting your costs! Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. Each unit is individually owned so the decor can vary from unit to unit. All units can be viewed at www.meyerre.com . The deposits include a $35 non refundable processing fee and we have a 30 day cancellation policy. This gives you until March 6 to cancel and get all but $35 of your deposit money back. If you don’t cancel by March 6, the remaining balance is due. If you were to cancel after March 6 and did not have trip insurance you would forfeit all your money. Trip insurance protects you from things like unexpected illnesses, accidents, job loss, and more. If you were to cancel your reservation after March 6 and had trip insurance, and your reason for cancelling was covered by trip insurance, you would receive all your money back except for the trip insurance premium. However, trip insurance is optional.
